Each rider profile in the Rider List has an associated Contact Rider link allowing anyone to initiate contact with the rider. Since rider privacy is one of my biggest concerns, clicking this link brings the user to a webpage that allows them to send the rider an email message without exposing the rider's email address. The user fills in and submits the form. Ride Master then sends the rider the email message. From then on, it's up to the rider to respond or ignore the contact request.
I receive a copy of all contact requests. I review them to ensure the service isn't being abused and riders are not being spammed or harassed. If you're a rider and concerned about a particular contact request, please contact me immediately.
